Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only active services or advertisements are subject to this policy. No refunds could be made for the expired/suspended services.

The return of the payment could only be send to the same card which was used for the purchase.

For paid advertisements only partial refunds are granted. The part to be reimbursed is calculated by the following formula:

Refund = Sum paid – Sum paid / Number of days paid * Number of days used

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately sale packages cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges of listings and advertising packages are not provided.

Shipping

All the services are shipped withing 1 working day from purchase.

Termination of Service

In case of the termination of services of the company all the active services shall be refunded in accordance to the above stated formula to the payments cards which were used for the purchase of relevant services. This clause is not limited by 15 days of regular Returns and Cancellations Policy and extends to 365 days from purchase date.
